During term time, use of playing fields is restricted and not normally taken up. The college sports dept requirements must come first. During non term time use of fields is by agreement with the Site Manager / Businesss Manager for costs and times of use.
Use of kitchen / canteen for weekend lettings at possible extra charge. Must supply own experienced kitchen staff and reimburse college for any damages.
Use of classrooms as changing or meeting rooms by prior agreement with Site Manager. There will be an added charge at the above rates for estimated set up and cleaning times, prior to and following lettings.
We do not hire facilities for events such as weddings, birthdays, boot fairs or any event that includes alcoholic drinks or disruption / nuisance to neighbours. Lettings hire will always be subject to Site staff availability.

The current scale of charges are as follows:
Sports Halls or Main Hall: Evenings from @ £30 per hour.
Saturdays from @ £40 per hour Sundays from @ £50 per hour
